EXCHANGE POLICY : 

We offer a very simple and easy 30 days exchange policy to you. You can conveniently return any item for a period of within 30 days from the date of delivery

Please make sure that the item to be exchanged is packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Please email to customercare@cucumber.co.in  with the subject line – [order no] – exchange, for any exchange request. Once the email is received by us – a reverse pick up will be initiated from our end with our delivery partner for a fee of Rs. 99/- or you can also courier the item to the following address

Once your product is received by us, the quality will be checked. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of being unused and returned with original packaging and tags in place and returned within 30 days.

Any returned item received by us that do not meet the above mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

A notification with the status of return will be sent you within 48-72 working hours from the date of receiving the item

RETURNS/ REFUND POLICY :

We offer a very simple and easy 30 days return policy to you. You can conveniently return any item for a credit coupon, within 30 days from the date of delivery.

All items purchased from www.shopcucumber.in can be returned for a credit coupon within 30 days from the date of delivery. The entire amount of the returned product (excluding shipping costs if any) will be credited to the coupon code.

This coupon can be used for a future purchase within 6 months on www.shopcucumber.in

When will I receive my refund?
Once the return has been approved (subject to Return policy condition being met) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund in the form of e-credit voucher have been processed and credited. The refund will take 7-10 working days.

Cucumber reserves the right to reject returns/exchanges sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were sent by Cucumber.
